Who is Tee Higgins?
In short
Tee Higgins is a professional American football player who plays as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He currently plays for the Cincinnati Bengals.
In plain words
In American football, a wide receiver is a player whose main job is to run down the field and catch the ball thrown by the quarterback. Tee Higgins is known for being very strong and good at catching difficult passes, which helps his team score points by getting close to the end zone.
A simple example
Imagine a game where the quarterback throws a long, high ball through the air. Tee Higgins runs fast, jumps high above other players, and grabs the ball with his hands to keep the play moving forward for his team.
Why it matters
He is considered one of the top young talents in his position. Because he is so good at catching, opposing teams have to spend a lot of time planning how to stop him, which creates space for his teammates to play better.
Easy to mix up
People sometimes confuse him with other wide receivers who have similar names or play for the same team, such as his teammate Ja'Marr Chase. It is also easy to mix up different football players if you do not follow the specific team colours or jersey numbers.
