Why it matters
They are important because they show how much women's football can grow. They attract many viewers, inspire young girls to play sports, and set a very high standard for how the game should be played.
Easy to mix up
People sometimes confuse the women's team with the men's team because they share the same name and club colours. While they are part of the same organisation, they are separate teams with different players and coaches.
