Onze D Or 2026 Winner Mbappe
In short
Kylian Mbappé won the 2026 Onze d'Or award for the best player of the 2025/26 season. The Real Madrid forward secured the honour after receiving 48.2% of the reader votes from the French magazine Onze Mondial.
In plain words
This is a trophy given to the best football player in Europe. It is decided by people who read a French magazine. Mbappé beat other top players like Lamine Yamal and Harry Kane to win it.
A simple example
Mbappé won the award by getting nearly half of all the votes cast by the magazine's readers.
Why it matters
Winning this award shows that Mbappé is one of the most popular and skilled players in the world. It also makes him a strong favourite to win the Ballon d'Or ceremony happening next week.
Easy to mix up
Do not confuse this with the Ballon d'Or, which is a different and separate individual award.
