Mike Evans
In short
Mike Evans is a professional American football wide receiver playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFL.
In plain words
He is a specialist player who catches passes thrown by the quarterback. He is known for being very strong and catching difficult balls even when defenders are near him.
A simple example
During a game, the quarterback throws a high ball towards the end zone, and Evans jumps to catch it before any other player.
Why it matters
He is one of the most consistent receivers in league history, often helping his team score touchdowns. His long career provides stability to the Buccaneers' offence.
Easy to mix up
Do not confuse him with Mike Evans, the English footballer who plays as a striker.
