In short
Yes, Marvin Harrison Jr. is set to make his debut for the Houston Texans today against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium.

A simple example
Instead of playing for Arizona, Harrison Jr. will now catch passes for the Texans in the Wembley Stadium match.
Why it matters
This is a major debut for a high-profile player following a trade. It also reunites him with his former college quarterback, C.J. Stroud.
