Dragon Ball Super Beerus Anime
In short
Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is an enhanced anime series that recently premiered, causing massive web traffic that crashed the Crunchyroll streaming platform. It features updated visuals and re-cut sequences based on the original story involving the God of Destruction.
In plain words
This is a new version of an older Dragon Ball story. It uses better animation, new sound effects, and includes scenes that were missing from the 2015 version. It is designed to give fans a more polished look at the battle with Beerus.
A simple example
The first episode includes an intense training scene for Goku that was never shown in the original 2015 anime broadcast.
Why it matters
The release shows the massive popularity of the franchise, as evidenced by the global server crashes. It also demonstrates how studios use enhanced versions to bring classic stories to modern audiences.
Easy to mix up
Do not confuse this with the original 2015 Dragon Ball Super series, as this version contains updated footage and new content.
