Csa T20 Challenge
In short
The CSA T20 Challenge was a domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament in South Africa that ran from the 2003–04 season until 2025. It has since been replaced by the Pro20 Cup.
In plain words
This was a professional cricket competition where different South African teams played short, fast-paced matches. It went through several name changes over the years before a new tournament format took its place in 2026.
A simple example
The Titans were the most successful team in the tournament's history, winning the trophy six times.
Why it matters
It provided a vital platform for South African cricketers to develop their skills in the T20 format. The tournament helped grow the popularity of short-form cricket in the country.
Easy to mix up
Do not confuse it with the current Pro20 Cup, which is the successor to this competition.
