What is happening
Following the arrest of CJP leaders, the Indian Youth Congress is marching from Patel Chowk to demand that Jantar Mantar be restored as an official protest site. Tensions remain high after reports emerged of unidentified men in a vehicle armed with lathis near Connaught Place on 11 October.
